1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing deepnavhealth.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Our role

DeepNav Health ("we", "us", "our") is a medical tourism facilitator and coordinator. We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or insurer, and we do not provide, practice, or guarantee medical care. All medical services are provided by independent licensed third-party Providers who are solely responsible for that care.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent), will provide accurate information, are responsible for obtaining a valid passport/visa and any required medical clearance to travel, and accept that participation is at your own risk.

4. Bookings, quotes, and scope

Quotes and package descriptions are indicative only. Final scope, Provider, and pricing are confirmed after a medical consultation and are subject to Provider availability and clinical suitability. We reserve the right to decline any request.

5. Payments

Payments, deposits, currencies, and what is included/excluded are set out in your booking confirmation. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms follow your booking agreement. Deposits or fees already paid to a hospital, clinic, hotel, or airline are generally non-refundable. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, travel restrictions, government action) may affect refunds; we will act in good faith to recover what we can.

7. Medical decisions and risks

You acknowledge that all medical procedures carry risks, outcomes are not guaranteed, and testimonials are not a guarantee of results. You are responsible for obtaining independent medical advice and for all decisions regarding your care.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for coordination. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or quality of care of any third-party Provider, nor for travel disruptions, force majeure, or indirect/consequential losses.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and materials are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

11. Changes
